SCHOTT North America, Inc. (SCHOTT) announced it has acquired ELECPAC of Cary, IL, a division of Wilbrecht Electronics, Inc. Effective with this announcement, the division has been renamed SCHOTT ELECPAC, LLC and will become a wholly owned subsidiary of SCHOTT North America, Inc. SCHOTT ELECPAC produces glass-to-metal hermetic feedthroughs, headers and connectors used in defense, aerospace, and medical applications.
